Writer. Creative Protagonist. Drummer.

It goes back to when I was a kid, banging on my grandmother’s pots and pans.

It didn’t stop at waking up the neighbors.

Kettle drums in orchestras.

Snare drums in the Purdue marching band.

Sets of drums in traveling jazz bands and indie garage bands.

With all due respect to string quartets, percussion sets the tempo.

Every downbeat, like a human heartbeat, communicating we are alive.

This versatile, irreverent drummer mentality is what defines me as a creative leader.

It’s why I’ve always been able to work so well with such diverse client ensembles.

Whether the project is the size of a pair of bongos or the world’s biggest bass drum.

Banging out ideas driven by the pulsating, passionate rhythms of life experiences.

Creating the kind of noise that wakes people up.

Performance Recognition: London International Festival, Cannes, Webby, Addy, One Show, Effie, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, ESPN, CNN, Good Morning America, Fox & Friends . . . And the band plays on.
